I agree with this quote because even if you don't have the physically best features or you have no strength and you poor you still be happy because you have the right heart and nothing can put you down because you accepted who you are and you are happy for what you have. the best ways to have the right heart is to respect people have obedience for your parents and yourself and don't expect to much from life.
