I agree with this quote because sometimes in feelings you don't really mean like hate someone else you going to want to do something to them but you know thats not the right thing thats value and listening to that value is always thright thing to do even if you don't like it you going to be glad you did the right thing in the long run. like when you want to eat fast food that your feelings but you know you got to eat right so you'll look good. a value is like disapliane  your forcing you self to improve as a person.
